 Sr. Children’s Pastors Mike & Sue Bryan
Mike and Sue Bryan came off the road as Children’s Evangelists to join the Pastoral Staff of the Rock in April of 1994. Pastor Mike began working with children, teachers, and parents in 1978 as Sunday School Director of a local church in Northern California. Pastor Sue began working with children as she established “Jesus Clubs” in the inner city in the early 1970’s while a member at Crenshaw Christian Center and attending Pepperdine University. Her love for helping children led to a later date when she was employed by the Spastic Children’s Foundation in Los Angeles. Mike and Sue were married in 1984 and became full-time Youth Pastors & Outreach Directors for their church in 1985 until moving to Tulsa in 1989. In Tulsa, Mike was also able to utilize his artistic abilities by acting as the Art Director for Willie George Ministries/Church on The Move. Their history together includes numerous missions trips, conducting teacher-training seminars, as well as traveling as Children’s Evangelists. Both Mike & Sue are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center and have three children.
 Elementary Children’s Pastor Tom Flores
Tom Flores accepted Jesus as Lord at the age of 17 years old in 1987. In 1990 he married his wife, Heather and they now have three children. They both recieved formal training and are nurses. He has volunteered in an assortment of ministry capacities and has been working specifically in Children’s Ministry since 1997. Pastor Tom joined the full-time Pastoral Staff at the Rock in February, 2004 and graduated from The Rock School of Ministry in 2005. As an accomplished musician, he is also the music director for two bands in the Children’s Ministry and helps coordinate special events. He is responsible for the Elementary Department at The Rock, coordinating a volunteer staff of over 100 elementary workers.
 Pastor Armando Flores - Early Childhood
Pastor Armando is the Early Childhood Director and Administrator for the KidzRock Children’s Learning Center. In 1997, he and his wife, Jackie, began volunteering in the Children’s Ministry. Armando then attended The Rock School of Ministry and graduated in 2002, the year his third child was born. After graduating, he was hired part-time as an assistant to the previous Early Childhood Director. His organizational and administrative skills flourished, and after three years of faithful service, Armando joined the Children’s Ministry team full-time, taking over the position of Early Childhood Pastor. In January of 2006, Armando became the Administrator of the new KidzRock Children Learning Center as well. Acting as a liaison between the Church and Preschool, Pastor Armando is able to balance the needs of both. Ministering to the children of The Rock is Armando’s passion; it is his heart’s desire to see young children worship the Lord in song and deed. Overall, Pastor Armando can be described as a gifted Teacher, Leader and Administrator.
 AnneMarie Ayala - Nursery & Special Needs
AnneMarie joined the staff at The Rock as the Nursery Director in November of 1999. In 1989, at The Rock Church, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. AnneMarie and her husband Jerry have been married for 26 years and have four children. Her love to serve children has been made evident, as she has volunteered in the Children’s Ministry for 15 years. Besides the Nursery, AnneMarie has established three classes designed to minister to those members at The Rock with special needs; Brian’s Class (for adults), Brian’s Teens, and Brian’s Buddies (for children). Currently, AnneMarie oversees a total of 170 faithful volunteers.
 Mistee Rios - Resources & Childcare
Mistee Rios has been dubbed the “Queen of Everything.” She is the Resource Manager and Child Care Coordinator for the Children’s Ministry. January 2, 2000 not only marked the beginning of a new millennium of church services, but also a new and amazing life for Mistee. It was then that she gave her life to the Lord. In January of 2001 Mistee joined the staff at The Rock Church part time, and in December 2002 she became a full time staff member. She began her volunteer service in the Children’s Ministry and has remained there ever since. Mistee graduated from The Rock School of Ministry in 2006.
 Brandi Ayala - Personal Pastoral Assistant
Brandi Ayala is the personal assistant to Pastors Mike and Sue Bryan and clerical support for the Children’s Ministry. She has been a member of The Rock since she was 8 years old. In 1994, at her first youth service, Brandi accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Brandi has served in the children’s ministry as a volunteer for over 12 years. Growing up at The Rock, Brandi has had an opportunity to take part in many ministries. She joined the staff full time in May of 2003 and has had the time of her life. Brandi has attended The Rock School of Ministry and has plans to further her education there.
 Jackie Flores - KidzRock Director
Jackie Flores is the Director for the KidzRock Children’s Learning Center. In 1997, she and her husband, Pastor Armando, began volunteering in the Children’s Ministry. Jackie then attended The Rock School of Ministry and graduated in 2005, as the Valedictorian of her class. She began at The Rock as the Craft Coordinator in 1999, and moved over to KidzRock as a teacher and Assistant Director in 2005 as she finished her education in Early Childhood Development. In 2007, she became the Director and has watched the school grow from 18 students to 118 students in less than 3 years. Jackie and her husband reside in San Bernardino with their three children: Olivia, Mondo Jr., and Daisy. She has a remarkable vision for the education and development of the children in her program. Her administrative skills and business sense have brought reality to her vision for KidzRock.
 Laura Gallegos - KidzRock Secretary
Laura joined the KidzRock Staff in December of 2005. She and her husband John have been married for 25 years and have four children. Although they have only been at The Rock for 3 1/2 years, they are involved as leaders in the Children’s Ministry, SPT Ministry, and host a small group.
